Dear Calvary Chapel Family,

We stand amazed over the Lord’s favor in securing the property behind the church for the purpose of missions, benevolence and outreach. We got word yesterday evening that the bank is accepting our offer of $24,000 with a clean and free title, no other costs with regard to liens, taxes etc. This has been in prayer for over two years and we saw God do for us what we could never have done by ourselves, The house is completely paid for, Glory to God!

We have asked Bill and Sarah to pray about moving in after their wedding 3/24 to the apartment upstairs and begin the renovations as they watch the property. They will pay the utilities and be responsible for the security and upkeep as well as being part of the leading and completing of the renovations. Bill will also be more accessible to take care of repairs and renovations in the church as well. He recently began the remodel of the fellowship hall and made considerable progress in time for the Valentines Banquet. Bill is a licensed contractor and has much experience in construction. The closing date is around March 9th.

Continue to keep all this in prayer as we desire to see the Body participate in what the Lord has in mind for the home. Who knows, this could be the beginning of a new ministry of providing housing for those who are in crisis. If anybody has a desire to participate in any specific funding of any projects in the house let us know your vision.
