James 4:11-17 – Fellowship with God and One Another – Part 2

Picking up our study in verse 11, James now discusses our fellowship with one another in humility. He warns us not to speak evil of our brothers and sisters, and we are not to judge or be critical and condemning of each other. James also addresses the human tendency to do things in our own confidence and not considering the will and sovereignty of God. This is the wisdom of the world and not the wisdom of God. When we avoid these things and submit to the word of God, we become the light of the world that God intended for us to be.
