The Apostle describes the heart of those who watch over God’s Church. There was a simplicity of ministry that always focused on the best care for the believers. Paul realized his own weakness, yet at the same time, the power of Christ was always there to help him live for what mattered most. His heart, along with those who helped him in ministry, was for what would help Christians grow in love for Jesus. They stayed out of the way, humbling themselves, so that the Holy Spirit would lead the lives of the followers to be used by God in the lives of others.
