We are entering into some of the most exciting passages in the New Testament regarding spiritual gifts that each believer has. The gifts are given to us by The Holy Spirit and give us the abilities to do ministry on behalf of The Lord. This giving is what makes our Christian life dynamic, blessing the church and the people who attend. We are called the Body of Christ, and His Will is to use each of us for His glory. We can’t do anything for Kingdom purposes apart from the working of the Holy Spirit in and through each of us. What’s fascinating is that when we have a gift, we find that serving in that gift is easy and doesn’t stress us out when we are aware it’s God working in and through us. This is my favorite area to teach on as I truly love seeing His people being used to build up His church. Spiritual gifts are not just given to pastors and missionaries; they are given to all of us who are Born Again!
