1 Corinthians 15 What Would Life Be Like if There Were No Resurrection?

Would our lives be different if there were no Resurrection of Jesus from the dead? Obviously, that isn’t a question for us as believers because the Gospel has worked in our lives, saved us from the penalty and power of sin, and has given us an Eternal Hope of life after death. However, for those outside of Christ, life is lived as though there is no Resurrection of Jesus. That’s what causes people to see life as meaningless: no answer to what’s after this life, loved ones that pass, not believing they will ever meet again, despair, depression, and hopelessness. Life can’t be fully experienced without the transformative power of the Gospel of Jesus Christ in one’s heart and mind. We have living hope because we have a living Savior. We too will rise in the likeness of His Resurrection! Our study over the next several weeks will focus on the Resurrection of Jesus and why He wants others to know about the greatest event in human history. Also, the benefits to us as believers are having the power of this Resurrection living within us.
