1 Thessalonians 2:1-12 - Conduct Pleasing to God
In Chapter 1, we saw Paul, the evangelist. In Chapter 2, we see Paul, the Pastor. In addition to dealing with persecution and conflict, Paul’s character and motives are being attacked by the unbelieving Thessalonians. Paul, in this Letter, speaks about his conduct and his compassion while ministering there. Paul reminds them that he and the other apostles not only gave the gospel, they gave of their own lives also.
