Matthew 9 – Everybody Needs Jesus

The study in Matthew Chapter 9 highlights four different occurrences of people that had specific need that only Christ could meet. Each scenario declares some sort of either inner or external need for a touch from God. These touches many times would be seen as miraculous, however, they are truly the compassion of our God who desires to show us mercy. Each of us has specific need for some kind of help from the Lord. Even unbelievers have hearts that cry out to God in times of crisis. We learn today that whosoever calls upon the name of the Lord shall be saved in some sense that is specific to our deepest need.
