This Sunday morning, on the day before New Years Eve, we look to the message that God is Love. The most wondrous yet misunderstood truth of God’s character is that of His Great Love.
As His Children,through New Birth – being born again – we have been apprehended by His love, in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. Looking at a world that seems to be a mess and void of representing or experiencing God’s love, our hearts break over the damage sin does to countless millions all over the earth. As Christians, God’s Love dwells in our hearts and gives us the power to forgive and love others who desperately need Jesus in their lives. The great hope we have as a church family and as individual believers is that somehow we can be used as messengers of this supernatural love of God to broken lives.
